Rishikesh has 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter executing end to end mandates for fortune 500 companies such as Cisco, Nike, Enterprise Holdings, Inc. etc. He has worked on a variety of tech roles and is adept in applicant tracking system and behavioural interviewing. As an engineer and an Embedded System designer, he has a theoretical insight about technology which gives him a practical approach to niche technical roles.
